It is a member unit of Changde Ordnance Equipment Industry Promotion Association. The company is located in Changde Economic and Technological Development Zone of Hunan Province on the banks of Dongting Lake and Yuanshui River.

The company was established on May 12, 2011 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan and an area of 80 mu. It was officially put into operation on November 27, 2013. At present, it has 26000 square meters of modern factory buildings, 7000 square meters of technical research and development and office space, 3000 square meters of staff dormitories and canteens, and a fixed asset investment of 0.15 billion yuan.

At present, the company has 1 doctor, 3 master and 27 bachelor degree or above. The company has an annual production capacity of 1000 sets of crane. Equipped with professional CNC bending machine, shearing machine, the United States imported underwater plasma cutting machine, paint room, large plate pretreatment production line, automatic welding production line and all kinds of testing equipment. Product development tools are complete and verification methods are diverse, providing a good hardware foundation for the company to produce high-quality products.

The company has special vehicle production qualification, passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and product 3C certification, product research and development using finite element analysis design, and the use of ERP software management system to achieve enterprise resource integration management.

The company's products are divided into two major parts: the main engine and parts. The main engine products include 3-20 tons of straight-arm truck-mounted crane, railway rail crane and bomb-dropping high-rise dry powder fire truck. Parts and components include hydraulic cylinders, metal processing, construction machinery structural parts, etc.

Haotian is the first in the industry to apply the U-shaped arm technology to the straight-arm truck-mounted crane, which has greatly promoted the quality improvement of the truck-mounted crane and the progress of the industry.
